So time to get to business of why I started my blog. I usually do my meal plans on Sunday and schedule my grocery pick up for Monday after work. That schedule will soon need updating but for this week it’s the same. Also, you will notice a few days are missing because we will be visiting family and I keeped meals light to balance weekend eating.
Monday – Tuna Sandwiches
• Mix up your favorite tuna salad and put on your bread with baby carrots on the side
Tuesday – Chicken Pasta Salad
• Cook some chicken in a pan while penne or your favorite noodles boil in pot. Drain noodles and add chicken, Italian dressing, cucumber, onion, and lettuce. Let cool a minute and serve.
Wednesday – Sausage Rice bowl
• Slice and cook favorite sausage with onion and bell pepper in a pan. Boil Knorr Rice Side spanish rice flavor or your favorite rice in a pot. Then mix together and serve. I use the Knorr because it comes in small budget friendly packet so i don’t make too much.
Thursday – Chicken Salad
• I love chicken salad with raisins, grapes, and cashew nuts mixed in. Plus it’s so versatile you can serve on regular bread or flat bread.
